Emergency Power Generation Equipment EMS5300 Series (10 kVA)

A compact design that fits everything into a vertical cubicle, capable of continuous operation for 17 hours with ultra-low noise at 55 dB, and can be combined with a mini UPS for uninterrupted power supply.

The compact design, which is fully housed in a vertical cubicle, excels in installation capability, making it possible to install in unused spaces such as rooftops and urban areas. It can be installed outdoors or indoors and allows for 17 hours of continuous operation. Additionally, further extension of operating time is possible with separate refueling. With an ultra-low noise level of 55 dB, nighttime operation is not a concern. It performs test runs at pre-set times and remains on standby in optimal condition at all times. After detecting a power outage, it automatically starts and switches from commercial power to generator power. Once power is restored, it automatically returns to commercial power and stops. It employs maintenance-free small sealed lead batteries and an automatic charging circuit with overcharge and over-discharge prevention. As it belongs to low-output power generation equipment, no qualified personnel are required for handling. (However, a notification to the fire department is necessary for installation.) ◆ When combined with a mini UPS, it enables uninterrupted power supply. It has passed combination matching tests, so you can use it with confidence.

Media Coverage: Featured in the February 5th issue of "Weekly Building Management"!

[Media Coverage] Featured in the February 5th issue of "Weekly Building Management"!

On February 5, 2024, the "Weekly Building Management" featured a major article on the "Disaster Prevention Special Feature: Lessons from Large-Scale Earthquakes," highlighting the "Bousai Power Generation BOX." A survey conducted by Askul in August 2022 on "Awareness, Preparation, and Measures for Disaster Prevention in the Workplace" revealed that while only 18.2% of offices stock emergency generators as disaster prevention supplies, 38.1% expressed a desire to stock them if they had decision-making authority. Additionally, the second most common reason for not having disaster supplies was "lack of storage space," cited by 38.1% of respondents. The "Bousai Power Generation BOX," which specializes in power supply and combines storage space, was developed based on these needs. It can also serve a role in "community contribution" by providing power supply to local residents during disasters, alongside the company's own "power outage measures." Since its release, the "Bousai Power Generation BOX" has received positive feedback and numerous inquiries. We encourage anyone considering disaster prevention measures to feel free to contact us.

Case Studies of Emergency Generators

It is being implemented in various places such as supermarkets, nursing facilities, and gas filling stations!

The adoption of GENERAC emergency generators is progressing as an emergency energy source during major disasters and as part of companies' BCP (Business Continuity Plan) measures. Electricity supplied through power lines and city gas supplied through gas pipes can be cut off when infrastructure is destroyed during a disaster, and it takes time to restore them. LP gas can be supplied anywhere in containers, making it resilient to disasters and suitable for BCP measures. [Case Studies] ■ Supermarkets and commercial facilities ■ Special nursing homes, elderly care services, nursing facilities, medical facilities, etc. ■ Gas filling stations ■ Large factory facilities ■ Exhibition and demonstration purposes *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Delivery of Hybrid Generator Elsona to the Disability Support Facility "Hope Village"

Experienced prolonged power outages due to the heavy rains in western Japan. Introduced emergency power supplies to ensure that residents can live with peace of mind.

The heavy rain in western Japan that occurred from June 28 to July 8, 2018 (Heisei 30). The impact was significant even in Tokushima Prefecture, where there were damages such as the isolation of communities due to landslides and many households experiencing power outages. When the power goes out, various devices become unusable, and it becomes impossible to maintain the usual way of life. This is especially burdensome for individuals with disabilities, who may suffer injuries or panic, leading to both physical and mental stress. As a result, the need for BCP (Business Continuity Plan) measures in welfare facilities has been increasing in recent years. The person we are featuring this time is the director of a facility supporting people with disabilities in Tokushima Prefecture, which was affected by the heavy rain in western Japan. With a capacity of 115 residents, and including day visitors and staff, the total exceeds 200 people. We interviewed them about the importance of electricity felt during the power outage at the welfare facility and the background and thoughts behind the introduction of the emergency power generator "Elsona." *The detailed content of this interview can be viewed through the related link. Introducing the emergency power supply Elsona to prepare for unexpected power outages! A place where individuals can feel safe during disasters.

You requested information about generators and, after careful consideration, you chose the "Elsona" as an emergency power source. Our product is often delivered to welfare facilities and evacuation centers, but this time we delivered a generator to a private residence. Why did an individual decide to install a generator? It seems there was a particular reason behind equipping their home with a generator. We inquired about the circumstances that led to this decision and the thoughts behind it. *You can view the detailed content of this interview through the related link. Emergency power supply in action during power outages - Generator delivery case study for Chizu Oil Co., Ltd.

The emergency power supply Elsona, which was prepared in advance for the power outage due to heavy rain, was a great success! We were able to continue operations as usual at the resident base SS!

We would like to introduce a case where our emergency power supply "Elsona" was delivered to Wakasa Service Station of Chizu Oil Co., Ltd. The company originally owned one generator to be prepared for disasters as a "disaster response service station," but with just one unit, they could only operate two out of four measuring instruments and could not use the POS system. In order to register as a "community base service station," they decided to introduce our product using subsidies, allowing them to operate two additional measuring instruments and the POS system. When they used the generator, they connected the wiring to the building's emergency power supply outlet, and it was very smooth to start with just one push of a button. 【Case Overview】 ■ Delivery Destination: Wakasa Service Station, Chizu Oil Co., Ltd. ■ Delivered Product: Elsona T-7500, 1 unit *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
